Class Cancellation Policy
(In person/Online/Webinars )

At National Laser and Aesthetics Academy, we’re committed to providing the ultimate learning experience with products and services of the highest quality. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Our refund policy is designed to reflect our dedication to quality while also addressing specific situations where exceptions may be necessary.

​

In Person Courses 

Classroom students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.

​

Students can swap to the self- paced online course version of the originally purchased course, if they no longer qualify for a refund. Any difference in the amount paid for the in person course when switching to the online course version, is non-refundable.

If you have registered for a course or clinical rotation, but are unable to attend, please notify us via phone or email as soon as possible. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days from the start of the course and are subject to a $150 processing charge.

 

For cancellations between 8 and 14 days from the start of the course, registrants may change to another course of equal or lesser value (please specify the course and the date of interest) held within the next two months.

 

After two months (60 days from last installation payment day), your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations 7 days or less from the start of the course, no refunds will be issued or changes allowed. We understand medical emergencies can happen and in that event, we will be understanding and give up to 70% refund subject to a medical note; otherwise, cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date will be forfeited.

Online courses and Webinars

Webinar  students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.

​

Starting from the date of purchase, students have 14 days to request a refund on any un-accessed (unopened) courses.

Webinar students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.​

Exceptions

If ANY course ( sold individually or in a package), is accessed (opened), the course/package is non-refundable.

Textbooks, printed material, word documents, and PDFS once purchased are non-refundable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Time Frame Policy

All students are given 30 days from when the course is purchased to access the course material. Once the course is accessed, students have 21 days (3 weeks) from the time of access to complete their course.
